Package: Blockwork, polished masonry and all associated items.

Package Value: Total £3,110,000

Marlborough was awarded the masonry works on three new build secondary schools in the first phase of the Leeds Combined Schools PFI.

The schools, completed in 2005-2006, are as follows:

• Carr Manor School (click to see news of Marlborough's award on this project). Package Value: £750,000.
• Primrose/ Shakespeare School. Package Value: £1,400,000
• South Leeds School. Package Value: £960,000

Following the successful completion of this phase Marlborough was awarded the masonry works on Phase 2
