Work has started on Phase One of the £120 million development expected to provide approximately 700 new homes over the next 7 years. Marlborough has been awarded the masonry package on this phase of the flagship project that is being heralded as a UK-wide benchmark for the future of residential development in suburban areas.

Phase One comprises 160 units, a community recreational building and new playing fields. Marlborough is carrying out brickwork (800,000 facing bricks) clad to timber frames on a mix of terrace houses and apartments with associated works on ancillary buildings.
