Marlborough provided the brickwork, blockwork, stonework & £25,000 of secondary steel support system in this masonry package for Laing O'Rourke. This second phase consisted of the construction of a 14-storey luxury apartment building on busy Deansgate in Manchester City Centre.

The works were completed ahead of schedule and Marlborough overcame the restraints of a tight site bound by a busy arterial road and, through good communication with all other contractors as well as the client, managed the logistics of the project efficiently.

On the back of the successful completion of this phase, Marlborough has now secured Phase Three which is 40% larger.
